Privacy Policy

The short version
- We collect what you give us (your Blueprint answers, name, email, and phone if you share it) plus basic analytics about how the site is used.
- We use it to build and send your Blueprint, give you the demo you ask for, arrange your call, and improve the site.
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and reply STOP to any text to stop them.
Who we are
This policy explains how Dendrik(“Dendrik”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use dendrik.ai, take the free Blueprint assessment, request a demo, book a call, or receive texts or calls from us. What we collect
Information you give us
- Blueprint assessment: your answers about your business, your name, your email address and, if you choose, your phone number.
- Demo requests: your name, email, phone number and industry.
- Bookings: the details you enter when you book a call with an advisor.
- Messages and calls: the content of texts you send us, and recordings and transcripts of calls with our AI assistant or our team.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, pages visited, the site that referred you, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Product analytics events, for example which step of the assessment you reached. See our Cookie Policy.
Business information from public sources
We research businesses that may benefit from our services using publicly available business information: business names, business phone numbers, websites, business email addresses, and the names and roles of people published on business websites and public listings. We use it only to contact businesses about our services, and anyone can ask us to stop (see section 8).
How we use it
- To build your Blueprint, show it to you and send you a copy.
- To give you the AI demo you request, including calling the number you provide.
- To arrange, confirm and remind you about calls you book.
- To follow up about your Blueprint and our services, by email and, only if you opted in, by text and phone.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To understand and improve how the site and our services work.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: your consent (texts, calls and analytics cookies), performing a service you asked for (your Blueprint, demo and booking), and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business and contacting businesses about relevant services.
Text messages and calls
We only text or call you with an AI assistant if you have agreed to it, by ticking the box on our Blueprint or demo form or by asking us to. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything. The full program terms are in our SMS & Call Terms.
- What we send: your Blueprint results and follow-up, demo call coordination, booking confirmations and reminders, and replies to your questions.
- How often: message frequency varies with what you asked for.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@dendrik.ai.
- AI calls: our AI assistant tells you it is an AI assistant calling from Dendrik. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can deliver what you asked for and improve quality.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers that deliver our texts and calls on our behalf (our messaging platform and the phone carriers), who may use it only to deliver them.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Blueprint records and contact details are kept while they are useful for serving you, and deleted when you ask. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to [12 months]. Records of your text messaging consent and opt-outs are kept for as long as the law requires us to be able to prove them.
How we protect it
We use encryption in transit, access controls limited to the people who need it, and reputable providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the relevant authorities about a breach where the law requires it.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop contacting you, by email (use the unsubscribe link), by text (reply STOP) or by phone (tell us on the call or email us).
California and other US state residents also have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, our analytics does not run. You may use an authorized agent.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also object to or restrict our use of your information, withdraw consent at any time, ask for your data in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email hello@dendrik.ai. We may need to confirm your identity first. We respond within 30 days, or 45 days where US state law allows.
International transfers
We and our service providers are based in, or process data in, the United States and other countries. Where the law requires, we use recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will say so clearly here and, where required, ask for your consent again.
