SMS & Call Terms

The short version
- We only text you, or call you with an AI assistant, if you tick the box to agree. Agreeing is never required to buy anything.
- Messages are about your Blueprint, your demo and your bookings. Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- We never share your mobile number or your consent with anyone for their marketing.
The program
Program name: Dendrik texts and calls.
Run by: Dendrik, operated by [Legal business name, exactly as on the EIN letter], [Registered business address].

Purpose: delivering and following up on the free Blueprint assessment, AI front desk demos, and calls you book with our advisors.
How you opt in
You join only by giving express consent in one of these ways:
- On the Blueprint form (dendrik.ai/quiz), by ticking an optional box that is unticked by default:

- By asking us directly, for example by texting us first or asking our team to text you.
Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can use the Blueprint and the demo without agreeing to texts. After you opt in we send one confirmation text, for example:

What you will receive
- Your Blueprint results and a follow-up about them.
- Coordination for a demo call you asked for.
- Confirmations and reminders for calls you book.
- Replies to questions you send us.
- Occasional follow-up about Dendrik’s services, only if you opted in.
We never send messages about age-restricted products, and we never share links to third-party offers.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with what you asked for. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for texts.
Opting out: STOP
Reply STOP to any text at any time. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and then no more texts. To join again, reply START.
Dendrik: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

AI calls and recordings
If you agree to calls, our AI assistant may call you about your Blueprint, your demo or a booking. It always says it is an AI assistant calling from Dendrik, only calls between 8am and 8pm in your local time, and can pass you to a person. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. To stop calls, say so on the call or email hello@dendrik.ai, and we will add your number to our do-not-call list.
Carriers
Supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network coverage.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our messages.
Changes and contact
